Summit Aims:
Aim 1: Engage the Volunteer Fire Service representatives in focus groups to identify the needs and desires for an occupational medical screening program in Texas.

Aim 2: Validate an Occupational Medical Screening Protocol for Texas Volunteer Firefighters.

Aim 3: Draft appropriate and feasible mitigation and implementation strategies for a mobile rural Texas volunteer fire service occupational medical screening program.

Aim 4: Engage a representative cross-disciplinary group of providers, firefighters, healthcare facilities, affinity groups, researchers, and others to initiate discussions that will continue to inform the project design and implementation.
