Biography

Sebesta is Program Manager for the USA Center for Rural Public Health Preparedness and the Office of Special Programs and Global Health. She is responsible for creating the e-learning modules using the Captivate and Presenter programs. She oversees user management of the Learning Management System and provides technical assistance as needed. Sebesta is also in charge of all logistics for USA Center workshops and trainings.
